As Sujad’s sister, there are no words strong enough to truly capture what Care2Empower has meant to our family. My brother Sujad is 28 years old, non-verbal, and lives with a severe intellectual disability. For much of his life, he has been misunderstood, underestimated, and painfully looked down upon because of something he never chose. As his family, we have always carried the weight of protecting him in a world that often fails to see his worth. Trusting others with his care was never easy.
From the very beginning, Care2Empower did something extraordinary — they saw Sujad as a person. Not a diagnosis. Not a number. But a human being deserving of dignity, patience, kindness, and respect. Over the past year, support services from Care2Empower have transformed Sujad’s sense of safety and wellbeing. The compassion shown by the team at Care2Empower has given our family a level of peace we had never experienced before. Knowing that Sujad is treated with genuine care and humanity is something I will forever be grateful for.
As a family new to Australia, the NDIS system felt overwhelming and impossible to navigate. Care2Empower stood beside us when we felt lost, explained every step with patience, and advocated fiercely for my brother when we could not. Without them, Sujad simply would not be receiving the NDIS support he has today.
The care we received from the team at Care2Empower went far beyond their services. The CEO’s empathy, commitment, and personal support carried us through some of our hardest moments. Nothing ever felt transactional — it felt deeply human. Care2Empower is no longer just a service provider to us. They are family. And for that, we will always be grateful.
